Headend Systems
To manage buildings economically and reliably, all operational systems can be displayed graphically on one or more PCs, operating states can be displayed, and remote interventions in the systems are possible. This visualisation is possible both locally (e.g. during the day) and from a remote central station (e.g. at night). A graphical head end solution will reduce the personnel costs incurred in monitoring, especially in buildings where monitoring would not be economically viable. No special equipment is needed to ensure that each time a light is switched, or a window or front door is opened, an alarm is signaled.
Quick detection and signaling of faults such as heating failure, gives you the confidence that damage is either minimised or avoided completely. The detected fault is reported immediately via LAN, by e-mail or SMS.
Targeted management across building boundaries permits, for example, cost-optimized oil purchasing by monitoring oil filling levels in the buildings.
